Christmas Dinner Theatre with Taproot Theatre
Delight yourselves this holiday season with warm conversations, unforgettable food, quality entertainment, and a gentle reminder of what Christmas is really all about! Enjoy a spectacular dinner theatre event at Island Lake featuring one of the following acclaimed Christmas productions from Taproot Theatre;
one of Seattle’s best mid-size theatre companies. There are two productions to choose from. Both nights are sure to be memorable.
The evening begins at 6:30pm with a time to enjoy delicious appetizers and get into the spirit of the season. The doors to the dining hall will open at 7pm for the banquet and the evening's performance will begin at 8:00pm.

Christmas carolers, greedy children and impatient church-goers invade the shop of Joseph on Christmas Eve, reminding him of his loneliness and distaste for the Christmas holidays. As he heads home for a quiet night alone, he encounters a young girl whose joy in the face of difficult circumstances touches his heart and helps him to rediscover the true meaning of the holidays. |

Meet Ogion, the comical and little-known fourth wise man. Afraid of the dark, this befuddled hero has little chance of following the Bethlehem star until he runs into two thieves, Leah and Jacob, who believe it would be profitable to assist this foolish (yet wealthy) man. What they find at the journey’s end is a treasure more wonderful than they could receive. |
