Leadership Training Programs (High School)
At Miracle Ranch and Island Lake, we are intentional about training leaders. We believe teaching leadership is a solid investment, because the skills are transferable. You will use and continually develop your leadership skills throughout your life as you follow Jesus Christ—showing love to people in whatever ways God directs you. As a participant in one of our leadership programs, you'll experience an exciting and challenging summer full of new friendships, personal growth and fun!

Miracle Ranch Leadership Training
High school leadership training
This program is designed for high school students who have an active faith in Jesus Christ and who desire to serve Him with their time while developing an understanding of servant leadership. Mentored by college-age leadership staff, high school staff will participate in our resident and day camp programs. High school staff participants will have the opportunity to either live day-to-day in a resident cabin or be housed with other high school staff.

HS Staff # 1 (half-summer): June 22 - July 26 $275
HS Staff #2 (half-summer): July 27 - August 23 $250
Full Summer HS Staff: June 22 - August 23 $400

W.I.T. - Wrangler-in-training
A position for high school students that utilizes the unique opportunities of the horsemanship program to teach biblical truths. This position is designed for students who have a secure understanding of their faith and demonstrate a consistent spiritual life. Students will grow in their faith as they practice basic horsemanship skills and learn to use them in their Christian witness.
