General Notes: Meeting Rooms |
|
|
|
Use of additional meeting rooms may be arranged with the group rental coordinator for an additional charge, as space permits. It is important to schedule these as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of availability. Meeting room capacities are provided with each description.
All meeting rooms are heated and are provided with complimentary coffee/tea service.
Remember to organize in advance your group's chair arrangement (see diagram below), sound system setup, and additional needs (TV/VCR/DVD, overhead projector, dry erase board, flip chart, podium, extra tables, etc.).
Each meeting room has a supply tub with markers, rubber bands, blue sticky tack, tape, a stapler, dry erase supplies, an extension cord (20ft.), and a small first aid kit. Feel free to use the supplies for the length of your visit.
