	Steve Fisher, Vice President, Island Lake & Miracle Ranch Camps & Miracle Ranch Director

	CRISTA Camps welcomes Steve Fisher! Steve's leadership and management experience in camps administration with the Young Life organization will provide invaluable guidance for our unique camps ministry. Steve's love for kids and passion for serving Jesus Christ is evident in both his professional and personal life. Welcome, Steve! We're glad you're here!



	Shane Carlson , Director of Island Lake Camp

	Shane and his wife Allison both grew up in the Northwest and are glad to be back. Shane spent the last twelve years at four Young Life camps—Malibu Club (Canada), Lake Champion (New York), Wildhorse Canyon (Oregon) and, most recently, Lost Canyon (Arizona)—two of which he helped open. He has a passion for seeing people grow in their relationship with Christ. Shane is a Seattle native and alumnus of SPU. The couple is accompanied by their Chocolate Lab, Bodie.



	Anne Heefner, Island Lake Program Director

	I feel so blessed to be part of such an amazing ministry! I worked with numerous Christian camps, including Kanakuk Kamps, YMCA of the Rockies and Young Life’s Snow Wolf Lodge, before joining Island Lake in 2006. I love the unique opportunities camp provides to invest in the lives of campers and staff. God has used camp to challenge and encourage me in my relationship with Christ, and I hope He does the same for our guests. I can’t wait to meet you and share in some exciting and life-changing experiences while you are here!



	John O'Neil - Island Lake Food Services Director

	A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, John came to Island Lake in 1996. He has worked in food service for 26 years in a variety of positions, one being at the White House Retreat Center. Camp ministry impacted his life in a significant way when he was in high school, and he enjoys giving back a little of what he received. "Our hope and prayer in food service is to serve the kids and staff with a servant's heart and attitude."
